Venue Partnerships

Our compliance services offer a flexible, cost-effective solution for venues to not only provide a safer environment for workers and guests but also to ensure legal compliance. Our experience, approach and advice are specific to the event industry; we pride ourselves on working seamlessly with you as part of your team.

Not only will we provide compliance services in the lead-up to an event, we will also provide on-site supervision for the installation and de-rig phases to ensure safety compliance.

Our qualified safety professionals are fully briefed in advance of the event and provided with all the submitted paperwork. Our team provide a positive approach on-site and work closely with the incoming production teams to ensure the event is installed and de-rigged in a safe and timely manner.

When appointing Venue Safety you will receive

  • Advice on how to implement the H&S compliance process in your venue

  • Guidance on what H&S documentation to request from your clients and contractors

  • Liaison either directly with your client and their contractors or via your event planning team

  • Collation of H&S documentation, checking for legal compliance and compliance with any venue specific requirements

  • Regular updates to your event planning team on the progress of the H&S submission

  • Dedicated Venue Safety H&S email address

Venue Safety work with a number of venues, acting as their in-house compliance team.  We liaise with the venue planning team in the lead up to the event, ensuring they know where each H&S submission stands.  Documents are requested from all contractors involved in the event and once these are received, processed and accepted the venue are advised the submission is complete.
