Our safety professionals will work with your team to ensure that health & safety is considered from the initial planning stages through to event completion.
Your Venue Safety team will:
Assist in the creation of event specific H&S documentation, floor plans, rigging plans and set elevations
Manage suppliers, checking and collating their H&S documentation to ensure they are compliant for each event
Liaise with venues to establish their requirements and emergency procedures
Oversee the event on-site and ensure all staff are working in line with agreed safety parameters
Audit each event and provide a report
