Event Safety Management

Our safety professionals will work with your team to ensure that health & safety is considered from the initial planning stages through to event completion. 

Your Venue Safety team will:

  • Assist in the creation of event specific H&S documentation, floor plans, rigging plans and set elevations

  • Manage suppliers, checking and collating their H&S documentation to ensure they are compliant for each event

  • Liaise with venues to establish their requirements and emergency procedures

  • Oversee the event on-site and ensure all staff are working in line with agreed safety parameters

  • Audit each event and provide a report

In short, we will be your safe pair of hands so you can focus on the delivery of the event.

Venue Safety offer Event Safety Management to a number of clients and have managed a wide range of events from Conferences and Awards shows to outdoor broadcasts and festival sites.  Our safety professionals will support throughout all stages of the event.
